Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 June 2026. These Terms of Service govern access to MagnetAPI.org, the client dashboard, admin-issued or self-registered accounts, API tokens, wallet credit, setup scripts, model access, usage records, support, and related services. By creating an account, signing in, using an API token, topping up credit, or accessing the dashboard, you agree to these terms.
1. Service overview
MagnetAPI.org is operated by LoveMedia Foundation NPC, a registered South African non-profit company, Business Registration Number 2024/122569/08. The service provides developer API aggregation that allows eligible users to access supported coding models through one account, one dashboard, and one API token. Supported customer-facing model labels may include Opus 5, Sonnet 5, Fable 5, ChatGPT-5.5, and other models added or removed over time. MagnetAPI.org provides API access, wallet billing, setup scripts, usage records, and account tooling. It does not guarantee that every model, feature, or region will be available at all times.
2. Account eligibility and registration
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your email address current so that operational, security, billing, and verification messages can reach you.
- You are responsible for all activity under your dashboard credentials, API token, and user-created API keys.
- Accounts may be created directly through the website, by administrators, through marketplace workflows, or through approved partner flows.
- We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, automated in breach of these terms, or inconsistent with platform security rules.
3. Email verification and trial credit
New public-registration accounts unlock $5 promotional API Coding Credit after email verification. It is valid for 30 days from account creation. Trial credit is not cash, is not withdrawable, is not transferable, and may be limited, changed, or discontinued for future registrations to protect the service from abuse.
4. API tokens, user API keys, and security
- Your system API token and any user-created API keys are confidential credentials. Do not publish them in source code, screenshots, logs, public chats, support tickets, or client-side applications.
- You must promptly rotate or request rotation of any exposed token and notify support if you believe your account has been compromised.
- MagnetAPI.org may revoke, rotate, suspend, or limit credentials to protect users, infrastructure, billing integrity, or service reliability.
- Setup scripts are provided for convenience. You should review scripts before running them, especially on production machines or shared workstations.
5. Wallet credit, top-ups, and billing
MagnetAPI.org uses API Coding Credit for usage billing. Unless a current offer states otherwise, top-ups from $5 to $249.99 load $10 API Coding Credit for each $1 paid. Top-ups of $250 or more load $15 API Coding Credit for each $1 paid and may include VIP access where advertised. The checkout page shows the exact service credit before payment. API Coding Credit is for API usage only and is not a bank balance, stored-value cash account, deposit account, or redeemable cash instrument.
- Usage is deducted based on the live internal rate card and request usage records, including supported token categories such as input, output, cache write, cache read, and minimum nonzero charges where applicable.
- Usage dashboards and transaction logs are provided to help users inspect recent account activity and dispute suspected billing errors.
- Top-up promotions, discounts, VIP periods, check-in rewards, and trial balances may have limits, expiry rules, eligibility requirements, or anti-abuse controls.
- Stripe or other payment processors may apply their own terms, fraud checks, and payment rules.
6. Model availability and feature compatibility
Model names are customer-facing product labels. The actual availability, latency, quality, context limits, tool support, web-search behavior, and output style of each model can vary due to availability, rate limits, maintenance, safety controls, regional issues, and service changes. We may change supported models, feature availability, rate limits, or labels where needed to keep the service operational, compliant, and commercially sustainable.
7. Local tools, code execution, and user environments
MagnetAPI.org is designed to provide model/API access. Local development tools such as shell commands, file reads, edits, grep, glob, MCP servers, IDE plugins, and desktop integrations should execute on the user's own machine or configured client environment where the relevant local client supports that behavior. Users are responsible for the commands they approve, the repositories they connect, the local permissions they grant, and the consequences of code or shell operations performed in their environment.
8. Acceptable use
You may use MagnetAPI.org for lawful software development, testing, analysis, automation, documentation, research, and related technical workflows. You must not use the service to:
- break the law, violate rights, commit fraud, or bypass access controls;
- generate, deploy, or improve malware, credential theft, phishing, spam, exploit automation, botnets, or destructive code;
- attack, overload, scrape, probe, or interfere with MagnetAPI.org, other users, or third-party systems;
- resell, share, pool, or expose access in a way that bypasses account, billing, concurrency, rate-limit, anti-abuse, or marketplace rules;
- submit highly sensitive personal data, regulated secrets, payment card data, health data, or confidential third-party information unless you have the legal right and appropriate safeguards to do so;
- misrepresent model output as professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice without qualified human review.
9. Output, code, and user responsibility
AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, validating, licensing, and securing any code, configuration, text, data, or operational guidance produced through the service before relying on it. MagnetAPI.org does not guarantee that generated output is correct, non-infringing, secure, or fit for production use.
10. API limits, fairness, and service protection
We may apply rate limits, concurrency limits, minimum charges, abuse controls, verification checks, session controls, and security restrictions. These controls may differ by account type, model, promotion, region, VIP status, provider, and operational state. Attempts to bypass these controls may result in suspension or termination.
11. VIP and promotional features
VIP Premium Server access, Daily Check-in rewards, trial balances, bonus credit, reseller previews, and other promotional features are optional service benefits. They may be changed, limited, paused, or withdrawn. VIP access is not a guarantee of uninterrupted service, a fixed latency target, or a dedicated server unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
12. Payments, refunds, and disputes
All purchases are for API service credit or access benefits. Unless required by law or expressly stated in a separate written refund policy, consumed API credit, promotional credit, and expired benefits are not refundable. If you believe a charge or usage deduction is incorrect, contact support with your username, approximate timestamp, model, request id if available, and a description of the issue. We may review logs and wallet records and, where appropriate, apply corrective service credit.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access, revoke tokens, pause requests, remove promotional benefits, or block payments if we believe an account is abusive, compromised, fraudulent, unpaid, legally risky, harmful to infrastructure, harmful to service relationships, or in breach of these terms. Users may stop using the service at any time. Certain records may be retained as described in the Privacy and GDPR Notice.
14. Privacy and data processing
Personal data, account records, usage transactions, and security logs are handled according to the Privacy and GDPR Notice. API prompts, completions, tool results, and request metadata may be processed by MagnetAPI.org and relevant infrastructure services to deliver the service, operate billing, debug issues, enforce security, and maintain records.
15. Intellectual property
MagnetAPI.org, its website design, dashboard, setup scripts, documentation, logos, trade dress, and service infrastructure are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use dashboard-provided setup scripts for your own authorized account configuration. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or rebrand the service except where a written reseller or whitelabel agreement permits it.
16. Third-party services
The service may depend on hosting providers, payment processors, SMTP/email services, DNS, security services, and other third-party infrastructure. Third-party failures, rate limits, outages, policy changes, or account reviews can affect service availability. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
17. Availability, maintenance, and changes
We aim to operate a reliable developer service, but MagnetAPI.org is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, emergency changes, outages, software updates, capacity limits, or security events may interrupt or degrade service. We may update the service, dashboard, docs, supported clients, model catalog, pricing rules, or these terms from time to time.
18. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, exact model equivalence, exact output quality, or suitability for regulated or high-risk use. You are responsible for determining whether the service is appropriate for your use case.
19. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MagnetAPI.org and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, security incidents caused by user-side configuration, or reliance on generated output. Where liability cannot be excluded, the maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the affected user for the service during the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.
20. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold MagnetAPI.org and its operators harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, unlawful content, exposed credentials, unauthorized resale, or use of generated output in breach of third-party rights or applicable law.
21. Governing rules and support
These terms are intended to be interpreted in a commercially reasonable way for an online developer API service. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain effective. Ordinary business contact details are: LoveMedia Foundation NPC, Unit 1, Raddical Park, 3 Gourly Rd, Ballito 4399, South Africa, telephone +27873508601. Operational and billing support requests can be sent to support@magnetapi.org. Include your username and relevant request details, but never include private API tokens in email unless support explicitly instructs you to rotate them immediately afterwards.
22. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service, pricing model, legal requirements, provider relationships, or security practices change. The latest version is published on this page. Continued use of MagnetAPI.org after an update means you accept the updated terms.
